Abstract

|
A 31-year-old female patient with left L4 congenital hemivertebra was presented. She had suffered more than 8 years not only from the pain, but also from the deformity. Resection of the hemivertebra was performed by a single posterior approach. Even though the patient needed additional revision surgery for correcting adequate restoration, complete hemivertebra resection with the restoration of coronal imbalance was achieved finally.
